Washer & Dryer Cleaning Service

Deep cleaning for one washer + dryer set — $300 CAD per set. Covers the washer drum, door gasket, detergent drawer and drain filter, plus the dryer drum, lint pathway and exhaust duct.

Why it matters

Washers trap moisture, detergent residue and fabric softener in the gasket and drum — a perfect environment for mold and mildew that transfers odor and bacteria onto every load. Dryers accumulate lint beyond the removable screen, deep in the duct where you can't reach it.

What happens if you skip it

• Musty smells on freshly washed clothes; mold contact can irritate skin and airways
• Lint-clogged dryer ducts are one of the leading causes of household fires
• Clogged airflow means longer dry cycles and higher electricity bills
• Excess strain shortens the life of heating elements, pumps and bearings

Recommended interval

Every 12 months for the full set; households running daily loads or drying pet bedding should consider every 6 months.
